Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance-Assist (BCA)

Like a second set of eyes, this system uses radar sensors in the rear bumper to look out for vehicles in your blind spots. When BCA detects a vehicle in the blind spot, it provides visual and audio alerts to keep you out of harm’s way.

Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM)

Signalling left or right with the PALISADE’s indicators will activate Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM). This safety system can see cars travelling in rear blind spots and projects real-time video onto the 12.3” supervision cluster, giving you an even better driving picture to respond to.

Lane Keeping Assist – Line/Road-Edge (LKA-L/R)

This steering-assist function detects lane markings to monitor your PALISADE’s position in the lane. Should you stray from a lane without activating your indicators, an audio and visual warning will trigger and where required, steering intervention will be provided to keep you in your lane.

Lane Following Assist (LFA)

LFA uses the front windshield-mounted camera to detect lane markers and preceding traffic on the road and provides steering assistance to ensure the vehicle stays in the centre of the lane.

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA)

When reversing out of a parking spot, the PALISADE’s rear sensors will alert you if a vehicle enters your blind spot – a warning will sound and a visual alert will appear in the supervision cluster. Then, if necessary, emergency braking will self-activate to help prevent a collision.

Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) – Advanced

This system monitors the PALISADE’s rear doors opening and closing so nothing is accidentally left behind. When the driver stops the engine and opens their door, ROA will display a “Check rear seats" warning on the supervision cluster. If the system detects movement after the driver exits, it will turn the ignition off, lock the car and sound an alarm to alert the driver.

Safe Exit Assist (SEA)

Safe Exit Assist detects cars approaching from behind (even in park) and prevents the driver from disengaging the child safety lock when it’s turned on. If it detects an approaching vehicle and the road-facing rear passenger opens the door, a chime will sound, warning them of approaching traffic.

Surround View Monitor (SVM) with 3D view

Surround View Monitor employs a series of high-resolution cameras to create a real-time, 360-degree bird’s eye view of your car and surroundings, making parking and navigation in tight areas a breeze.
